Terms and Conditions of Business Transactions
Except as otherwise agreed in writing; no other terms and conditions shall apply to any consultation, quote, order, or agreement between the Client and DSB Solutions.
- Consultation/ Project Proposals. By request, the Client shall receive a FREE consultation. During FREE Consultation the Client may receive quote sheet; the quote sheet is an estimate. Within 24-72 business hours, the Client shall receive a project proposal outlining services, cost, and specific project scope or a client registration and appropriate questionnaire/ documentation.
- Contracts/Deposits. Upon returning a signed copy of the proposal it serves as the contractual Agreement. The deposit amount specified within said Agreement or Invoice Statement must be submitted prior to the start of any work. Deposits are non-refundable.
- Client Responsibility. The Client is responsible for ensuring accuracy on all documentation. DSB Solutions is not responsible for proofreading. The Client is responsible for keeping all scheduled meetings. Clients are expected to cancel and/or reschedule appointments at least 3 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel and/or reschedule may result in fees.
- Travel. Travel costs are incurred when a Client requests DSB Solutions Consultants to travel to Client’s office, for meetings, on-site organization, on-site financial services, as deemed appropriate by DSB Solutions. Exclusions apply. Travel costs are not incurred during FREE Consultations.
- Pricing. DSB Solutions offers customized pricing. Pricing is based on, but not limited to, Client's selection of contract options, scope of work, and other related expenses incurred. All services incur a charge. All services and orders are C.O.D. No cash refunds. Rush Jobs/Same Day services will incur additional charges (exclusions apply).
- Payment. Cash, Credit / Debit Cards, No Personal Checks. Please make business / company checks payable to DSB Solutions. Returned Checks; Client will pay all associated fees and DSB Solutions will pursue collection to full extent of law. Late Fees. Accounts not paid within the terms of the Agreement are subject to a monthly finance charge.
- Privacy/Security. At DSB Solutions, our Customers are our number one priority. That's why we go to such great lengths to guarantee the security of all online transactions. The secure server software (SSL) we use is among the best technology available today. It encrypts (scrambles in code) all personal data you share with us, including your credit card, telephone number, name and address. The information gathered on this site by DSB Solutions is never shared with anyone. We do not sell, rent, share, trade or give away any of the information you provide to us. No third party will solicit you as a result of information within DSB Solution's control. It is true that the information you provide is subject to disclosure pursuant to judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants, or orders. Other than these fairly extreme cases, your personal information will be shared with no one.
- Liability. DSB Solutions is not liable for any injury or loss incurred at any event, damage or loss to Client/ Company including incidentals, special or consequential circumstances that may result from any business relationship associated with DSB Solutions. DSB Solutions is not liable for cancellations, delays, rescheduling, etc. resulting from Client or third-party errors. DSB Solutions is not liable for any erroneous financial information provided by Client in the preparation of taxes or any report.
- Nondisclosure of Information. DSB Solutions will not at any time, in any fashion, form, or manner, either directly or indirectly divulge, disclose, or communicate to any person, firm, or corporation in any manner whatsoever any information of any kind, nature, or description concerning any matters affecting or relating to the business of our Clients.
- Termination of Agreement / Refunds. Either party may terminate the Agreement upon giving written notice, via certified mail with return receipt, to the other as specified herein. If the Client chooses to terminate Agreement, a letter of termination, stating reason for same, must be forwarded to: DSB Solutions, ATTN: Customer Service, and P.O. Box 5034, Lansing, IL 60438-5034. Based on percentage of project completed, the Client may receive an invoice - not to exceed cost projections. DSB Solutions has the right to terminate the Agreement (1) If the Client disregards any terms or conditions listed herein or within the signed Agreement (2) If Client's business is construed as a fraudulent/ illegal practice. DSB Solutions promises to attempt to resolve any disputes and address all concerns. If dispute or concern cannot be resolved, DSB Solutions reserves the right to terminate the Agreement immediately. No refunds. DSB Solutions promises to attempt to resolve any disputes and address all concerns. If dispute or concern cannot be resolved, DSB Solutions reserves the right to terminate the Agreement immediately. If Client breaches contract, the Client is responsible for attorney fees and court costs.
- Guarantee. DSB Solutions wants to ensure that all Clients are 100% satisfied. We guarantee we shall be honest and forthright, provide top notch, professional services, and will not waste Clients' money or time nor conduct any illegal practices.
- Delivery. No charge for email or facsimiles. All email files are scanned for viruses prior to transmission. Other methods of delivery, i.e., FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc. will be shipped C.O.D. or as specified within signed Agreement.
- Proofs. Clients have 3 business days to approve and/or submit for changes. By the 3rd day the Client must submit a response, any changes thereafter are subject to additional fees. If Client receives proof via email, actual color may differ from color on computer screen. Proofs may be approved via mail service (USPS or FedEx) for an additional cost.
- Loss. In the event of a natural disaster, extreme weather, fire, water damage or any uncontrollable circumstances that may occur causing delay of project or loss of information, is not the responsibility of DSB Solutions.
